What is the material of the nameplate? Is it waterproof? Can we put it up outdoors?
All our nameplates are printed/painted on an acrylic base and mounted on a solid wood frame. The painting is protected with UV coats and the wooden frame is PU coated making it splash proof. The entire product can sustain mild water splashes and can be easily cleaned with soft dry cloth. It is recommended to hang it indoors or a shaded area.
Will the design be exactly like the one in the picture even if I select a different size?
The pictures shown on the website are for presentation purposes only. The pattern, scale and composition may change with change in frame size. However, the overall look will definitely be retained no matter the size or shape of the frame.
Are these nameplates hand-painted?
All our Nameplates are hand-painted or high quality reproduction prints of hand-painted designs. The details are mentioned in each product's description. Kindly check carefully before placing the orders.
How much time will it take to get a nameplate?
General time line for the product to be shipped from our studio is 7-15 days from the date of order depending on the size and availability. Although, variation in delivery, if any, will be conveyed to you. If there is any specific date by which you need it, then let us know and we’ll confirm if we can achieve that deadline. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We gladly do. For shipping outside India we have Standard Shipping (DHL/FEDEX) options. These packages will typically reach within 10-12 days after shipping. Complete tracking during transit is also available. Kindly use PayPal at the checkout.
How can I commission an artwork/nameplate according to my needs?
Currently we are not accepting any commissioned requests. Hand-painted Nameplates and other hand-painted decor products will be listed as a limited edition collections. Kindly subscribe to our mailing list to be updated on our latest collection drops.
